A veteran can die twice. Once when they stop breathing and again if you don’t say their name.
On December 13, 2024, at 8:00 am we need “volunteers” to assist in unloading tractor trailers boxes of wreaths onto smaller trucks and trailers so we can distribute these boxes across the cemetery.
If you want to volunteer, please email name, contact information (email, cell #) to Ldallen49@gmail.com. You will be placed on the volunteer list and contacted two days before to verify you will be there.
If you have a box truck, trailer, flat bed trailer and can volunteer to use it on that Friday please note when sending your contact information.
This program cannot happen without a solid group of volunteers. The DFW National Cemetery and the Wreaths Across America group thank you for your valuable assistance.
