Luncheon Survey

Attention Companions!

Since the December Celebration, the leadership team has seen a concerning drop in the attendance at the monthly luncheons.  Clearly, we would like all of our companions to experience the ceremony, fellowship and education associated with attending these luncheons.  For those reasons, we would like you to take 2 minutes to give us some feedback on your thoughts with regard to luncheon attendance.  Completing the survey will improve your ability to participate, will help the chapter by increasing attendance and will help leadership in making data driven decisions.  Please help yourself, the chapter and your leadership.   Just click on this link to access the survey.
